Peer Mentoring

Young people are trained as peer mentors and supervised to apply their learning by mentoring younger children/ peers to support them through periods of transition and development.

Participants gain an AQA Level Two qualification (equivalent to a GCSE A-C grade) in Mentoring Skills and volunteering experience as peer mentors.

Over 180 young people have benefitted from the peer mentoring programme.
