Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid (Youth) is an Internationally accredited training programme for young people to acquire a skill set which supports their own resilience/ wellbeing as well as that of their peers.

The aim is to develop young people’s capacity to be a first point of support for others experiencing anxiety, stress or distress before they are referred on to appropriate services.
